 Video of whole project Bellow!

special shout out to Bryson's God mother for spending the day with us yesterday!

The title of this blog should really be called " Basic B*tch " because look what motherhood has done to me ( totally meant that in a good way)but this is a PG mommy blog so we'll just act like I do this sort of thing all the time and call this title something basic😂.

Bryson's oatmill, fall sensory bin:

Those of you that know me are laughing at this I know it as am I, but here I am offering you directions on some fall themed sensory play and I really did enjoy every moment of this fall activity!

To make it extra fun, you could do what I did and throw in a child hood friend from out of town to help you out. Because let's face it, if you do this with just you and your baby you are probably going to rip your hair out, end-of-story ! It will get messy but I promise your child will benefit SO much from sensory play!

You can literally make so many different types of sensory bins but the one Leia, Bryson, and I chose was a fall themed, oatmill bin. The first day of fall was September 22nd I believe and it is Bryson's first fall season ever !I love fall so much I just had to get a little extra with my son and his daily activity yesterday lol. So I hope you enjoy our video! Bryson told me to tell y'all he gave the sensory bin 5/5 stars.

Sensory bins are so great for child brain development I will probably do a lot more of these in the future especially as Bryson gets older. ( Maybe next time I'll use whip cream!)

Each item you see in the video we pulled out and explained it's color, taste ,and how it felt in our hands(texture)h. Though my son is only 9 months i still think it's beneficial to give him the whole cha bang! His favorite item was the frozen corn because it felt so good on his little teethies. We ended this activity with his great grandmother's oatmill cookies and a nice warm bath! This was such a fun experience for both mommy and baby. Next time you get a few hours to yourself, definitely go start a sensory bin with any baby 6 months and up ( because of choking I'm assuming )! I hope you like our video.
